So you could also take a nap if you want to. Just set a timer, because I find that if I sleep or take a nap that's longer than 20 minutes, that I wake up feeling groggy and grumpy

00:19 and not good at all. So if you want to take a nap, feel free, just set a timer so you don't wake up feeling grumpy. But yeah, this is a good time to get a drink of water, move your body a little bit, and then come back so that you're refreshed and ready to learn the next thing.
